Words alone cannot express my experience. The facility is very clean and orderly you certainly get a good vibe when you enter. ALL the staff members are professional, polite, punctual and dedicated to delivering a service second to none as a team. I have never been to a place where all workers are happy or shall I say all workers smile and are happy to serve you (as I always say you don’t loose anything when you smile). All workers are busy and attentive. I was there for some days and I never felt alone any concerns I had with regards to my health they addressed promptly. I had a beautiful room with all the perks inside (p/s I love the toilet paper you use 🙈) Breakfast was served with a style, I felt I was in a hotel 😉. I honestly couldn’t fault the ladies who looked after me (and the few men). I wish people will come and learn from you guys. So whatever you guys are doing it’s working so please please keep it up! It’s not easy but look at the results. Unfortunately I can’t come back to experience your wonderful service but I would certainly recommend your place over and over again. By the way thank you for allowing me to do some dissecting it honestly gave me closure crazy as it may be. P/S doc V I’m still working on my fluid intake it’s a daily struggle.
